Paoli is a village with great history. It was the site of the Battle of Paoli during the Revolutionary War and is on the outskirts of Philadelphia, where the Declaration of Independence was signed in 1776. Sites of historic importance near Paoli include the Valley Forge National Historic Park, William Brinton 1704 House, Waynesborough Historic House, and more!

Great Travel Opportunities

The Paoli area sits on US-30 and is just a short distance from the Pennsylvania Turnpike, with Philadelphia around forty minutes from the town. Longer trips to impressive American cities include two hours to New York City and three hours to Washington, DC.

An Amtrak station is in Paoli, offering a variety of destinations by train. Philadelphia International Airport is the nearest major airport from Paoli, offering national and global travel destinations year-round.

Besides dozens of historic sites in the area, Paoli offers entertainment for everyone. Arnold’s Family Fun Center has go-karts, a large arcade, black light mini golf, and laser tag, just to name a few. Nearby, the King of Prussia Mall has everything from Abercrombie to Zales, with luxury stores and quintessential dining experiences in between. And all year long the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center at Oaks offers fun exhibitions and conferences.
